1. Entercom Greenville, LLC (d/b/a WFBC WTPT / 93.7 93.3) (the “Station”) will conduct a contest (the “Contest”) for the chance to win: a twenty-four (24) month lease of a 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5s 2dr from Greer Nissan (the “Grand Prize”), subject to the limitations noted below. Grand Prize includes up to 24,000 (12,000 per year) miles during the lease term. The approximate value of the Grand Prize is $12,000 the value of the 24-month lease.

2. Eligible persons (see below) can enter the Contest by either of the two methods set forth below:

a. Visiting any of the following Blood Connection donor locations, completing fully the Contest form and depositing it with designated staff present at the location and/or donating blood (if deemed medically able and/or advisable to do so by The Blood Connection) and completing the Contest form between 02/01/08 and 5/31/08 (the “Contest Period”): (i) 1224 Spring Street, Greenwood; 1308 Sandifer Blvd., Seneca; 1954 East Main Street, Easley (Hours of Operation: Monday & Tuesday 11a-7p, Wednesday & Thursday 7a-3p and Friday 10a-6p); and (ii) 515 Grove Road, Greenville (Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 8a-6:30p and Friday 7a-3p); or

b. Visiting Greer Nissan located at 14125 E Wade Hampton Blvd., Greer, SC between 11a-3p on one (1) of the following dates: February 2, March 1, March 15, April 12, May 3, or May 312008 during “Drive of Your Life” Blood Drives and completing fully the Contest form and depositing it in the official Contest drop-box at the location and/or donating blood (if deemed medically able and/or advisable to do so by The Blood Connection) and completing the Contest form.

The Station will randomly select ninety-three (93) people total who enter in the above mentioned manners as Contestants for the Grand Prize. No purchase or blood donation necessary to enter or win the Contest. The Contest is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and restrictions apply. A person may only be selected as a Contestant once. The odds of being selected as a Contestant depend on the number of entries. Once selected as a Contestant, odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 93 or better if fewer than 93 Contestants appear at the Grand Prize Giveaway Event.

3. Grand Prize Giveaway Event: Contestants selected through the above methods will be required to sign in and present a valid photo ID between 11a and noon on June 14, 2008, at Greer Nissan 14125 E Wade Hampton Blvd., Greer, SC. (Contestants must be physically present at the event site and cannot assign their right to participate to a third party or proxy.) As Contestants sign in, they will be assigned a number corresponding to the order in which they arrive (e.g., the first Contestant to sign in will be number 1, the second Contestant to sign in will be number 2, etc.). Any Contestant that fails to sign in with Station staff by noon will forfeit their opportunity to win. After the sign in process has been completed, Station will fill a ball hopper with numbered balls equaling the number of registered Contestants. Once all the numbered balls are placed in the hopper, Station staff will start to remove numbered balls one at a time, determined by random selection. As each ball is removed, the Contestant who was assigned the number that corresponds with the ball removed will be eliminated from the Contest. This process will repeat itself until one ball and its corresponding Contestant remains, who shall be declared the winner of the Grand Prize.

5. Contest is open to legal residents of the States of South Carolina and Georgia age 21 and older.

Employees of the Station, its parents, subsidiaries, contest sponsors (including Greer Nissan, and The Blood Connection), affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any other Greenville Spartanburg and Anderson area radio stations and the immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the Contest.

7. Persons who have won another contest or promotion of any kind from the Station within 30 calendar days before the Contest begins are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the Contest.

ADDITIONAL RULES

8. Grand Prize Winner shall be required to obtain and maintain throughout the entire lease period automobile insurance coverage, at the winner’s sole expense, at the following minimum insured levels: Liability coverage of $100,000 and $300,000, Property Damage coverage of $50,000, and full Collision coverage with a deductible no higher than $1,000. Winner shall be solely responsible for obtaining and payment of any federal or state required registration, inspection, insurance coverage, and taxes. Winner shall be required to pay all sales taxes and required fees prior to receiving the Grand Prize. Winner is also solely responsible for any vehicle title, license and emissions inspection, additional equipment, gasoline, any vehicle maintenance due to wear and tear, and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the prize vehicle.

9. Winner will be required to complete all relevant lease documents (including signing Sponsor’s standard lease agreement) and to pick up the Grand Prize at Greer Nissan, during regular business hours. The Winner must be legally able to sign a standard 24 month lease agreement selected by Greer Nissan, and the Grand Prize Winner must agree to be subject to the terms and conditions of such lease, other than the obligation to meet the monthly lease payments during the term of the lease.

10. Failure to collect the Grand Prize from Greer Nissan and to pay all associated fees and taxes on or before within 20 days following completion of the Contest, will constitute forfeiture of the prize the Grand Prize will not be re-awarded.

11. WINNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO SATISFY CREDIT CRITERIA OF THE LEASING SERVICE THAT GREER NISSAN SELECTS. IN THE EVENT THAT WINNER DOES NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS, WINNER SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED A CREDIT OF $12,000.00 AND NEITHER STATION NOR SPONSORS SHALL HAVE ANY FURTHER OBLIGATION TO WINNER.

12. If the winner selects the Credit it may only be used by the Winner, is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, and may only be used by the Winner to purchase or lease an automobile at the Greer Nissan dealership. Credit cannot be used towards the lease or purchase of 2009 Nissan Maximas and 2009 Nissan GTRs.

13. ANY DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

GENERAL RULES

14. Entries received which are mutilated, tampered with, illegible or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that are determined by Station to be fraudulent will be void and the person making such an entry barred from further participation in the Contest. Incomplete entries may be disqualified in Station’s sole discretion.

15. The Winner will be required to sign a release form releasing the Station, Greer Nissan, and The Blood Connection and their respective parent entities, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees and agents from all liability from the receipt and use of the Grand Prize. Failure / refusal to execute release will result in the Winner forfeiting the Grand Prize.

16. By participating in the Contest, the Winner consents to the Station, Greer Nissan, The Blood Connection and their respective parent entities, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees and agents and all other related sponsors usage for advertising and/or other promotional purposes, without additional compensation, such Winner’s, image, voice and/or biographical information on radio or TV broadcasts, newspaper advertisements and/or any other medium in connection with such Winner’s participation in the Contest.

17. Station is not responsible for any malfunctions of any equipment or for any disconnected, misdirected, lost or incomplete calls. Station accepts no responsibility of liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession and/or use of a Prize or the Grand Prize.

18. Station reserves the right to: (i) terminate or declare the Contest null and void and rescind the Grand Prize, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the Contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in the Contest; (ii) alter or amend these Contest rules at any time; and (iii) stop or conclude the Contest at any time without prior notice.

19. The Grand Prize is not transferable or assignable by the Winner, nor is it redeemable for cash.

20. The Winner must present a valid state driver’s license and a Social Security Card in order to claim and receive the Grand Prize. Each Contestant must present a valid state picture ID and Social Security number in order to claim and receive their Prize.

21. The Winner is responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes and registration fees on the Grand Prize.

22. 23. Station management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the Contest and the interpretation of these Contest rules. The decisions of Station shall be final. Contestant’s participation in the Contest constitutes agreement by such Contestant to abide by these rules. If a Winner is found in violation of these rules or is otherwise disqualified by Station, in its sole, then such Winner may be required by Station to forfeit the Grand Prize. The Contest is intended to comply with applicable rules and regulations which provide that the incentives given by this Contest to blood donors and others do not cause any participating blood donors to be characterized as paid donors and any ambiguity in these rules shall be interpreted by the arbiter in a manner consistent with those rules and regulations
